We are on the lookout for a talented top-notch Social Media Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team in Canada and manage social media accounts for our clients. If you're a creative storyteller with a proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences on Facebook and Instagram, and expertise in creating impactful social media and video content, this role might be the perfect fit for you.Responsibilities:As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies (organic and paid) for social media channels. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers, ensuring high levels of engagement. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills, engage with clients and express our company's views and strategies creatively.Your role will involve:Design and implement organic / paid social media strategy to align with brand's goalsGenerating, editing, producing, publishing and curating content aligned with client's content strategy, on a daily basisBuild and keep brand identity with content and visuals that are representative of the brand and have an appeal for the targeted audiencesSetting and driving content marketing KPIs and social engagementRun social media advertising campaignsMeasuring, evaluating, and reporting results, data, insights, and trends to clients, partners, and stakeholdersProactively identifying opportunities, making recommendations, and enhancing the customer experience and content marketing executionDeveloping and managing an editorial calendarDesigning and executing a content distribution strategy to maximize engagement and reach across appropriate channelsEngage with influencers and build brand awarenessCommunicate with followers in a timely mannerSkills and Qualifications:We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can bring our clients' travel experiences to life through compelling content. To succeed in this role, you should have:5 years of professional experience in content curation and social media marketing for various channels and customer personas Experience with travel brands is idealPaid social experienceExceptional writing skills in English; French proficiency is a plusExperience managing and providing direction to graphic designersFamiliarity with content management systems (Sprout Social)Sound knowledge of key tools including Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.A passion for storytelling and a knack for staying on-brand with tone and voiceAn analytical mindset to measure and optimize content performanceAmbition, creativity, and a collaborative spiritA deep understanding of how content marketing, paid media, social media, PR, and email marketing work together to achieve business objectivesDon't miss this exciting opportunity to shape the travel industry's narrative!
